Inside Sales Representative - USA

Monrovia, CA

As an Inside Sales Representative at Parasoft, you will be responsible for driving new sales opportunities by prospecting for new business within your assigned region. You will engage potential customers and provide information regarding our products & services. Daily activities will include prospecting new business by phone, qualifying inbound leads, working with the marketing team on campaigns, targeting key accounts with the field sales team and setting meetings with key decision makers.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Qualify inbound leads and prioritize opportunities
  • Identify outbound business opportunities and develop top-tier pipeline
  • Develop and maintain an active pipeline of sales opportunities and provide regular updates to management team
  • Work collaboratively to support your assigned Regional Field Team
  • Establish and maintain contacts and rapport with customers and prospects
  • Work with the marketing team on new and existing campaigns that will drive new pipeline
  • Capable of comprehending and communicating the business value of the solution
  • Genuine interest in the evolution of the software development industry, with the initiative to tackle and understand the newest trends and technologies
  • Confident, highly self-motivated, and detail oriented with excellent presentation skills
  • Work well in a team environment; must be capable of establishing and managing relationships with customers and peers
  • 2-3 Years previous inside sales or other related experience a plus
  • Experience with marketing automated platforms and CRM Tools a plus
