Support Engineers are the primary force at Parasoft, supporting customers. These individuals are responsible for ‘level 1’ support; capturing support requests, providing basic diagnostics and resolution for common issues.

This position will collaborate closely with members of the marketing team, reporting to the Director of Marketing to perform daily tactical activities that produce results for the company.

  • Update corporate website (managed by CMS), update landing pages (managed by CRM), and use other modern digital marketing technologies that augment the Parasoft web infrastructure.
  • Assist with and implement marketing programs that span digital channels – email, search, digital content, web, and social media.
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization for ongoing corporate SEO goals.
  • Manage ongoing experimentation and strategy, focusing on lead gen.
  • Track and produce useful reports for management, focusing on data-driving new opportunities for growth, including testing, reporting, and analysis of all campaign and marketing metrics.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and identify key opportunities to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible ROI.
  • Keep pace with search engine and digital marketing industry trends and developments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, or related field
  • Minimum of one-two years experience in related role
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite; proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator is desired
  • Comfort navigating basic HTML and CSS code is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a very high quality of work and attention to detail
