About the Role

As a Technical Sales Representative at Parasoft you play a critical role in expanding footprint within existing customers as well as bringing onboard new ones. You will be joining a seasoned and successful team focusing on selling Parasoft’s award-winning and highly differentiated functional testing solutions to mid-market accounts. As TSR, you own the end-to-end sales cycle, account management and business generation in a defined geographical territory. You will work with some of the brightest minds in the industry and receive training, coaching and support from passionate individuals who care about your success and have been with the company and made others successful for over 30 years.

The role is based out of our office in Monrovia. You will have an opportunity to work the timezone of your geographical territory to offset the traffic patterns of Los Angeles.

  • Sell award winning functional software testing solutions that allow organizations to deliver better software faster and stay competitive and relevant in today’s software based economy.
  • Engage, Educate and Challenge customers and influence the way they develop software. Promote Parasoft products within existing accounts as well as news ones. Bridge the gap between how customers are developing and testing software now and how they could revolutionize this process using Parasoft.
  • Be a team player! Our sales process is highly collaborative and you must be able to work effectively within a team, including with technical team members, development and other sales functions.
  • Organize and lead the sales cycle end to end.
  • Build and effectively manage a sales pipeline sufficient to reach assigned revenue goals.
  • 5+ Years of software sales experience with a documented track-record of success is a must. Candidates with 5-15 years of software sales experience preferred.
  • Deep passion for technology and experience in any of the following technology areas: software testing and automation, software development, DevOps, Agile. Technical background, including software testing and development, preferred.
  • Exceptional written and oral command of the English language is required. Additionally, strong command of the Spanish language is preferred but not required.
