Sales Assistant - Medina OH, USA

Parasoft is seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our team in Medina, Ohio. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities essential to the smooth operation of our go to market functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the CRO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, setting appointments, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Inbound Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department as necessary.
  • Pipeline Management: Support the direct sales team in maintaining pipeline hygiene by ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and opportunities.
  • Communication Support: Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the CRO, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up reports for meetings, ensuring all necessary details are covered.
  • Office Coordination: Assist in coordinating office activities and events, fostering a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Training Participation: Actively participate in training programs to gain knowledge about company operations, products, and sales methodology, supporting continuous learning and development.

Requirements & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
  • Exceptional organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Experience with Salesforce is a plus)
  • Ability to handle confidential information and maintain professionalism
  • Aptitude to learn new technology and adapt to changing work environments
  • Prior administrative experience preferred, with a collaborative approach across departments
