Adam Kolawa, Parasoft co-founder and CEO, is considered an authority on the topic of software development and the leading innovator in promoting proven methods for enabling a continuous process for software quality. In 2007, eWeek recognized him as one of the 100 Most Influential People in IT.
In 1983, he came to the United States from Poland to pursue his Ph.D. In 1987, he and a group of fellow graduate students founded Parasoft to create value-added products that could significantly improve the software development process.
Kolawa recently authored The Next Leap in Productivity: What Top Managers Really Need to Know About Information Technology (Wiley, 2009). Previously, Kolawa co-authored Automated Defect Prevention: Best Practices in Software Management (Wiley-IEEE, 2007) and Bulletproofing Web Applications (Wiley, 2001). He has also written or contributed to over a hundred articles in publications such as Forbes, CIO, Computerworld, and the Wall Street Journal. Kolawa holds a Ph.D. in theoretical physics from the California Institute of Technology.
Kolawa holds a Ph.D. in theoretical physics from the California Institute of Technology. He has been granted over 15 patents for software technologies he has invented.

Brian Hunt, Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for Parasoft's North American field
operations. In this capacity, Hunt has the responsibility for growing the company's revenue and customer base. Hunt
focuses on ensuring successful adoption of Parasoft solutions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Prior to Parasoft, Hunt worked with Candle Corporation, a leader in the management and infrastructure of mission-critical systems. At Candle, he developed a wide range of expertise in mission-critical computing and, as
director of strategic alliances, was a crucial part of Candle's effort to enhance and expand its partnerships with IBM and others.
As a successful director and manager of programs ranging from strategic alliances, to research and development, customer support and technical support, Hunt is intimately knowledgeable about heterogeneous systems and the challenges they pose to secure computing especially as companies accelerate development and deployment of Web
services initiatives. Hunt also worked at Barclays Bank Limited, C.T. Bowring, and Corporation of Lloyds in a range of IT leadership roles.

Thomas Chen, President of Parasoft Asia, directs operations, sales and development of corporate global accounts in the greater Asia Pacific region. Chen was promoted to this position from Vice President of Sales, North America, after growing the sales revenue and force by nearly 500% in five short years.
Chen joined Parasoft in 1996 and has combined an engineering background with practical, hands-on sales experience to carry out his vision of well-informed, technically savvy sales representatives. This management approach comes from Chen's unique personal philosophy that a sales force can and should add value to customer relationships.
Chen earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Loyola Marymount University and a MBA from the University of Southern California.

Marek Kucharski, President of Parasoft SA directs operations, sales and development at Parasoft Corporation's Polish subsidiary. Kucharski has been developing and managing software systems since he graduated from Jagiellonian University in Krakow in 1994. His professional experience includes building a wide range of software, from retail client server systems to cutting-edge development tools.
When Kucharski started at Parasoft, he worked directly on add-on tools for Insure++, Parasoft's long-time flagship product. As his career progressed, his responsibilities grew. In 2005, he became the president of Parasoft SA.

Wayne Ariola, Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Parasoft,
leads the development and execution of Parasofts long-term strategy. He leverages customer input and fosters partnerships with industry leaders to ensure that Parasoft solutions continuously evolve to support the ever-changing complexities of real-world business processes and systems. Ariola has contributed to the design of core Parasoft technologies and has been awarded several patents for his inventions.
A recognized leader on topics such as SOA and RIA quality, quality policy governance, and application security, Ariola is a frequent contributor to publications including Software Test & Performance, SOA World, and ebizQas well as a sought-after speaker at key industry events.
Ariola brings more than 15 years strategic consulting experience within the technology and software development industries. Prior to joining Parasoft, Ariola was Senior Director of Business Development for Fasturn, Inc., a company he helped to start. Previously, Ariola was a Principal Consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was recognized as a leader in the Strategic Change practice. Ariola joined Parasoft in March of 2003. He has a BA from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a MBA from Indiana University.
