Product Marketing Manager - Monrovia CA, USA

We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to drive our go-to-market (GTM) strategy and build a high-performing team. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, translating technical innovations into compelling business value for our target markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • GTM Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive GTM strategies that effectively position our products in the market, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Market Insights: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product management, engineering, sales, and other teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing market success.
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including product collateral, case studies, blog posts, and sales enablement materials that convey technical features as business value.
  • Training and Support: Equip sales teams with the necessary tools and training to communicate product benefits effectively and drive customer engagement.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in product marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies.
  • Strong understanding of technology, particularly in areas such as AI, compliance, or embedded systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research and performance metrics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Annual salary range $67,000 to $110,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualification.
