Product Marketing Manager - Functional Testing Products

Parasoft is searching for a high energy and results driven Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute go-to market strategies, thought leadership, differentiated product positioning and messaging, and enablement of sales and partner organizations for Parasoft’s functional testing products portfolio.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product management team to create product marketing strategy and campaigns
  • Develop product messaging that differentiates new products and services from others in the market
  • Drive high quality leads and visibility in the market with well-defined and executed go-to market programs
  • Pinpoint sales organizations training needs and develop programs for field sales to enable on-going education about market
  • Develop and maintain sales material, including sales playbooks, case studies, presentations, and demos
  • Have deep knowledge of the sales cycle and understanding of the different personas involved in software and services purchases
  • Understand the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage, to drive effectiveness of go to market strategy
  • Keep up with the market in order to differentiate and position against the competition
  • Actively contribute to and represent Parasoft in speaking engagements, blogging, and social media
  • Support marketing programs worldwide, including industry tradeshows, partner programs, field events, and more
  • A minimum of 5 years of product marketing experience in the software industry, preferably software testing
  • An understanding of the software development lifecycle including DevOps
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in developing and driving go to market programs and the creation of marketing content
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team member and departments
  • High energy and passionate personality that will promote and evangelize products and company both internally and externally
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to earn trust and respect of the sales team
