Gareth Noyes

Gareth is the Founding Principal of NoYes Consulting LLC, a boutique advisory firm specializing in software for critical edge infrastructure, embedded systems, and distributed cloud technologies. With over 25 years of experience, Gareth has delivered software solutions across Aerospace & Defense, Industrial, Telecommunications, Medical, and Automotive sectors. He previously held executive roles at Wind River Systems, including Chief Strategy Officer and SVP of Strategy & Corporate Development, where he led corporate strategy, M&A, and technology vision, playing a pivotal role in the company’s acquisitions by Intel and later Aptiv. Gareth began his career designing embedded systems for particle physics experiments at leading international laboratories and holds a PhD in High Energy Particle Physics from the University of Birmingham, UK.
