Global Alliances Manager - India


Parasoft is seeking a Global Alliances Manager for a newly created role that will help grow our partner and alliances team in the India region. This person will be responsible for building our ongoing relationship with system integrators in India (i.e. Infosys, Wipro, Tata Consultancy Services, Cognizant (CTS), HCL, TechMahindra, Accenture, Capgemini, CSC, Hexaware, Cigniti). We have offices across the globe including Los Angeles, Krakow, Shanghai, Bangalore, Singapore, Netherlands, and Germany. Recently named by Forrester as the leader in API testing as well as being recognized by Gartner for strong defect prevention, service virtualization, and API testing, Parasoft provides software test automation tools that address the entire software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a Centre of Excellence and create a Pool of SME.
  • Build global demand generation by tapping into the various Horizontals and Verticals within the SI.
  • Responsible for reverse mapping to regions including North America, EMEA, LATAM and APJ.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record with 5+ years of software sales experience acquiring and cultivating major System Integrators (i.e. Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, or Capgemini)
  • Experience working with the testing divisions of System Integrators, and including experience selling into these SIs utilizing the Sell Thru, Sell With and/or Sell To model.
  • Proven ability to effectively demonstrate complex technology and communicate the value proposition of technical solutions to SIs and their end customers
  • Knowledge of the software development life-cycle and the challenges that software engineers, managers, and executives face
  • Genuine interest in the evolution of the software development industry, with the initiative to tackle and understand the newest trends and technologies
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills using common sales and business tools
  • BE/MBA degree or equivalent
