MONROVIA, Calif. – November 18, 2025 – Parasoft, a global leader in automated software testing solutions, today announced a significant leap forward in autonomous software quality with its latest 2025.2 releases of Jtest and dotTEST. The releases introduce AI-driven autonomous remediation of static analysis violations, CLI-based autonomous unit test generation, and seamless LLM integration via an MCP server. These capabilities work in concert to transform CI/CD pipelines from passive quality gates to active participants in code improvement.
Autonomous Static Analysis Remediation Reduces Manual Effort

Jtest and dotTEST 2025.2 bring autonomous AI-assisted code fixes directly into your CI/CD pipelines, accelerating remediation, reducing manual effort, and maintaining audit-ready transparency.
The latest releases of Jtest and dotTEST autonomously detect and fix static analysis violations—and verify the fixes—directly within the CI/CD pipeline. This liberates development teams from manual triage and remediation. By automating these time-consuming tasks and creating audit-ready commits, Parasoft ensures compliance and code quality are continuously enforced, allowing teams to shift their focus to strategic innovation.
"The new autonomous static analysis remediation and unit test generation capabilities ensure that teams produce code that’s free from vulnerabilities and is well-tested while reducing the amount of manual effort to get there," said Nathan Jakubiak, senior director of development at Parasoft. "Teams are producing more and more AI-generated code. The autonomous workflows serve to validate that code while reducing development team effort."
CLI-Based Autonomous Unit Test Generation
Jtest’s Unit Test Assistant (UTA) is now accessible through the command-line interface (CLI) and integration with CI/CD pipelines, enabling the autonomous generation of unit tests for Java code during the build process. This ensures coverage for new or uncovered code without requiring developers to manually write every test, seamlessly integrating quality into DevOps workflows.
MCP Server for Seamless LLM Integration & Streamlined Workflow
A newly integrated Model Context Protocol (MCP) server enables AI copilots and LLMs to directly access Parasoft’s rule descriptions, documentation, and analysis results. This allows developers to triage findings, fix violations, and customize configurations through their preferred AI assistant, streamlining the resolution process.
Trust & Transparency at the Forefront of Innovation
Parasoft’s approach maintains a human-in-the-loop governance model. Developers, engineers, and QA are in control. All AI-generated fixes and tests are surfaced for review and approval before integration into the main codebase. This ensures trust, transparency, and final human authority over all changes, allowing automation to accelerate quality without introducing risk.
